Made in the stylie of Tabasco, but using Thai chilis, this sauce has a unique spiciness, combined with a vinegar forward taste. It's a great all around sauce to add that special kick to your dishes, or to just amp up the heat and flavour.

This sauce has been made with several perfectly unripe peppers, in their beautiful green state, and has an excellent fresh flavor profile. It's supremely hot but also versitile in it's uses.
